What does faithfulness look like and who gets to decide?

This week, our friend Ricky Grant Jr. joins us to continue our Wired series. Ricky is a former church planter and doctoral researcher exploring how organizations, including faith communities, can better welcome people with executive function variability: the many different ways our minds plan, focus, remember, and follow through.

Speaking from his own experience, Ricky shares what it’s like to belong to faith communities that expected everyone to fit a single mold of faithfulness. He invites us to imagine a different kind of church, one that honors the diverse ways God has wired us and makes its path to belonging clear and accessible for all.
